On this website
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request information to deliver and secure the site. If marketing measurement is enabled, we ask before loading the Meta pixel. When you allow it, Meta can receive page visits, get-started clicks, browser information and identifiers for advertising measurement. Declining keeps optional browser tracking off. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser.
When optional analytics is enabled, we ask for your consent before loading it and provide Cookie preferences so you can change your choice. Business visitor identification has separate controls described below. Declining optional cookies does not stop you from making an enquiry.
Separately, we store a first-party enquiry reference, campaign tags and the selected funnel path in your browser. These help carry your enquiry through the form and checkout and are used even if you decline optional browser tracking. Names, email addresses and private checkout references are removed from the page URLs we send to PostHog.
Website analytics
When enabled, we use PostHog to understand visits, traffic sources and which versions of our website people use. This can include campaign tags such as UTM parameters, pages visited, funnel steps, browser and device information, and analytics identifiers. Session recording is off. We use this information to measure and improve our website and campaigns.
Business visitor identification
When enabled, we use RB2B to identify companies and, where available, business contacts visiting from the United States. International company identification is disabled. Our site checks the visitor’s country before loading RB2B, and does not load it if the country is unknown. RB2B and its data partners may use cookies and similar technologies to connect your website activity with information they hold about you, including your email address. We or providers acting for us may use this information to contact you about Video Maven.
You can opt out of advertising based on this visitor identification through Retention’s opt-out page. RB2B also provides a personal-data collection opt-out. We honour Global Privacy Control and previously saved refusals of optional tracking. The control below stops RB2B on future page loads in this browser for a year, unless you clear your cookies. You can ask us to stop marketing to you by contacting the email above.
Reference videos
The temporary reference ads and their poster images are served by Atria’s content delivery network. Your browser connects to that provider to display the images and play the videos automatically when they are visible. These requests can include technical information such as your IP address.
When you get started
Our on-site enquiry form saves partial and completed answers after you enter a valid email address. This includes your contact details, website, role, requested ad volume and budget. We use this information to handle your enquiry and follow up, including if you leave the form unfinished. A draft is also kept in your current browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can continue after a refresh.
Responses are stored using Neon Postgres connected to our Vercel project. When connected, Attio receives partial and completed enquiries for customer relationship management. An incomplete form is not treated as a qualified lead. Campaign tags and a random enquiry reference help connect the form, booking and checkout to their source.
Some existing links use Tally forms. Calls are booked through Google Calendar and payments are taken by Stripe on its own checkout page. Tally, Google and Stripe have their own privacy notices and tracking settings.
Stripe sends payment confirmations to our server. When configured, our server records purchase amounts, Stripe references and campaign attribution in PostHog for purchase reporting and customer follow-up, including when optional browser tracking is declined. The payment record includes your browser measurement choice so marketing destinations can respect it. We do not send your name, email address or card details in these payment events.
We don’t see or store your card details. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information you send us, contact the email above.
