What counts as one ad?
One finished video creative. Your batch combines new concepts with hook, script and visual variations. Resizes don’t count as extra ads.
What do you need from me?
Your website, offer, audience and any claims we should avoid. Send brand assets, product photos or footage, past ads and references if you have them. We research your brand and suggest creative directions. A call is optional for self-checkout.
When will I get my ads?
Your full batch arrives as watermarked previews within 24 hours of production starting. Review them, send your feedback, and we’ll prepare the final files after approval. Self-checkout payment is taken when you choose your plan.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One revision round is included per batch. You also get one full concept replacement per month if it misses the agreed brief.
How long are the videos?
Usually 20–60 seconds. If a shorter or longer format suits the idea, we’ll recommend it. We make versions for the placements you agree with us, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
What does ‘refund if unpostable’ mean?
We research your brand and suggest creative directions. If a production error makes the ads unusable — such as broken video or audio, unreadable text, or the wrong brand or product — we refund the affected batch. Low views, clicks or sales alone don’t qualify. Self-checkout is charged immediately and renews monthly until cancelled. See our subscription and refund terms.
Will you run the ads too?
We handle creative production. You or your media buyer run the campaigns, test the ads and share what you learn. The next batch builds on that feedback.
Do I need a big ad budget?
No minimum ad spend. This works best when you’re already advertising and need fresh creative to test. Smaller advertisers are welcome too.
