Monthly plans

Plans are priced in US dollars: $500 for 5 ads, $1,000 for 12 ads, or $3,000 for 50 ads per month. Self-checkout charges your first month immediately and renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe displays your total before you pay.

To cancel future renewals, email joseph@videomaven.com before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a delivered batch.

Research and delivery

Send your website, offer and brand assets. We research your brand and suggest creative directions. A call is optional for self-checkout. Delivery timing starts once we have what we need and confirm that production is starting.

Refund if unpostable

If a production error makes the delivered ads unusable — such as broken video or audio, unreadable text, or the wrong brand or product — we refund the affected batch. Low views, clicks or sales alone don’t qualify.

Email Joseph with the affected ads and the problem so we can review your refund request.
